Step 1: Submit a scan or impression
During this step, we upload the patient’s STL file into the AI aligner software. The AI software prepares an analysis and design report showing a detailed explanation of how many trays are needed and the length of time to reach the optimal desired results. This report will be emailed to you. (3-5 days)
Step 2: Approve Analysis
Once the design is approved, we begin 3D printing the models necessary to fabricate each clear aligner needed for results. (1 Week)
Step 3: Delivery
The patient will wear each clear aligner in the designated order for about 22 hours per day for 2 weeks per tray. Trays are only taken out of the mouth when eating or drinking anything except water.
